These terms explain the conditions ANDESPHERE LTD (company number 16350517) applies to use of andesphere.com. They are a website-use notice; browsing alone does not create a client relationship or replace any separately signed agreement. Please do not use the site in a way that conflicts with these terms or applicable law.
Site content describes Andesphere's capabilities and general approach. It is provided for general information and is not professional advice, a binding offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver a particular result, timescale, feature, or price.
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, order, or contract agreed with the client. If that agreement conflicts with this website, the signed agreement controls the engagement.
Unless stated otherwise, Andesphere or its licensors own the site, brand, copy, design, code, graphics, and other content. You may view the site and make reasonable internal references to it. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit substantial site content without written permission, except where law permits.
Client-project ownership is determined by the relevant signed engagement agreement, not by these website terms.
Submitting the Contact Form, sending a message, or booking a call does not create a client relationship, exclusivity obligation, confidentiality agreement, or duty to accept work. Do not send trade secrets or other information that requires confidentiality before a written confidentiality arrangement is in place.
The site links to or embeds third-party services, including Cal.com, WhatsApp, PostHog, and websites shown in the project showcase. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for the third-party service.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw site content or functionality without notice. We aim to keep information useful and the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that all content will remain current.
